Here are some of the tools we use to run our business.

Showit

This website is actually built and designed by yours truly on Showit. The platform is so much fun to work with and is insanely customizable (especially for creatives who really want endless possibilities). I have quite a few Showit tutorials on the blog and I even offer website templates you can DIY yourself. Want to test out Showit and see if it’s a good fit for you? Squarespace

This one should be pretty obvious since I talk a lot about Squarespace over on my blog. That’s because, I’ve built over a hundred websites on Squarespace over the last decade. Circle.so

I use Circle to run my online community and my group coaching program, Simplified Designer. It’s like a Facebook group, but way better because you have control over everything and it’s organized in a way that makes it really easy for users to find content and interact with one another. Descript

Descript has saved me countless hours when it comes to editing my videos and podcast episodes. They make editing so simple even if you have no experience whatsoever. I also love that it easily transcribes all of my projects so that everything I create is accessible and SEO-friendly. Try it out for yourself here.

ConvertKit

An email marketing platform specifically for creatives. This app lets you design beautiful emails your audience will LOVE and gives you helpful analytics to track your progress. Click here to check it out.

HoneyBook

We use HoneyBook to manage all of our client proposals, project files, and ongoing communication. It has easily saved us hundreds of hours. Learn more about HoneyBook here.

Planoly

Planoly is my favorite tool for scheduling to Instagram and Pinterest. It saves me time and let’s me schedule at the best possible time for audience engagement. Click here to try it for yourself.

Hello Audio

I host our podcast, the Intentional Creative Podcast, on Hello Audio. I love that I can create private audio feeds for my audience and track how they listen. Here’s a link to check it out.

Thrivecart

I use Thrivecart to sell digital products and courses on my website. It integrates directly with Stripe, it’s totally customizable, and best of all it’s available to purchase as a one-time-payment instead of monthly. Check out all the features here.

Canva

This app has (almost) eliminated my need for photoshop. It’s the perfect design solution for all things related to your brand and social media. Check out Canva here.

Notion

This app is a life-saver. Notion has completely changed the way we plan, track tasks, and collaborate. It’s like Trello & Google Docs had a love child. Try them out here.

Podia

This is where we host all of our courses so our students have an easy way to access all the content inside. Podia has the best support and they are always adding new features. Check them out here.

VideoAsk
